To ensure everyone has the best healing experience in the practice at busy periods the following precautions have been put in place:
- We have Enter and Exit doors to the adjusting area to facilitate one-way flow.
- We will be using the examination room adjusting table during high flow periods.
- There is now an overflow seating area in the entrance porch.
- When you arrive if there is someone sat by the front door in the porch overflow area we ask that you return to your car and call us on 613 725 2525 to avoid overflow in the practice.
- We need to inform you that anyone arriving more than 5 minutes early or late for their appointment may be asked to return to their car / wait outside until space is available in the practice.

excellent well thought and carefully designed preventive measures taken for the safety of all when visiting the practice , the plan selected ensures safety , increases the flow of traffic , and is less stressful.
