Dr Craig Hindson

Dr Craig Hindson BEng DC is chiropractic doctor, speaker and author focusing on family chiropractic care. He works with Moms, Dads and especially children from across Ontario and Quebec.

In his work with families Dr Craig has developed a particular passion for helping children and adults convert their physical, chemical and emotional stress into health, happiness and wealth.

Originally from the UK, in a previous life as a military engineer officer, Dr Craig Hindson served alongside the Royal Marine Commandos during the 2002 Afghanistan Operations and the 2003 Iraq War. He was responsible for unit decompression training as the troops returned from theatre.

Now as a chiropractic doctor he is keen to help individuals who are dealing with the effects of stress in its various forms. He regularly works with members of the so-called "Trauma-Services" - such as the military who have served in war zones, special services and elite forces, undercover police and emergency service personnel (police, paramedics, fire-fighters, nurses and Emergency care medical doctors).

He is establishing a Program which is working to quantify and generate scientific papers on the nature of stress and trauma problems and to develop effective practical workshops to help individuals overcome them. The workshops have a foundation of Chiropractic care with 4 pillars of (1) the nature of wholesome nutrition (2) beneficial emotional practices (3) beneficial physical practices and (4) innovative rest strategies. These form the basis of his Chiropractic Stress Conversion Program.

Dr Craig Hindson is now living and working in the Westboro, Ottawa ON area. In 2002 he discovered both the love of his life, DrMarie-Claude Lambert and his calling, which was to be a Chiropractic Doctor. He has been a chiropractic patient, office manager and now a doctor for over 14 years

Today he is the Principal Chiropractor of Loving Life Chiropractic in Ottawa, Canada.

As a veteran who served with the Royal Marine Commandos in Afghanistan in 2002 and the 2003 Iraq War, he found he had massive relief with chiropractic care. No-one in the military health organisation had told him about the benefits of chiropractic care. As such he became the founder of the UK's Hands for Heroes - Free Chiropractic Care for War Veterans which, as a grass roots movement to raise awareness of the physical, emotional and chemical stress relief benefits of chiropractic care, started with one office giving free chiropractic care to war veterans in 2009 . By 2011 there were 170 offices across the UK (and in 8 other countries) giving free chiropractic care to war veterans.

He runs various workshops designed to provide people with tools to overcome debilitating stress and to help them to return to full performance in all aspects of their lives.

If you have any questions about chiropractic and how it can improve the mental, physical and emotional health of you or your family please do not hesitate to call or email Dr Craig. T: (613) 7252525

Reviews From Our Satisfied Patients

  • "Dr.Craig has given me an amazing experience within the world of chiropractic care, every time I leave his office I feel fresh, whole, healthy and ready to start new. I've always been an advocate for a healthy lifestyle, through exercise and nutrition and now I'm absolutely certain that without receiving proper chiropractic treatment no one can be as healthy as they dream. I can honestly say that with my new knowledge of chiropractors and chiropractic care, I will be receiving adjustments until the day I die, I suggest everyone take a trip to visit Dr.Craig and his amazing team at Loving Life Chiropractic."
  • "Dr. Craig Hindson and Dr. Marie Claude Lambert at Loving Life Chiropractic in Ottawa have made a big impact on my spinal and overall health in just a few months. They have a very focused, professional, positive and caring approach to chiropractic care. As someone who knew very little about chiropractic, I had some misconceptions that have quickly been dispelled through my experiences, and I'm now a firm believer in the many health benefits. My neck, back and hips have not felt so good in many years, and my posture is improving markedly. I'm pleased that my wife is now improving her spinal health with Loving Life too. I highly recommend them and suggest you visit Craig or Marie-Claude for a consultation."

  • "Loving life chiropractic and their staff are kind hearted and knowledgeable people, ready to help you be the healthiest you can be.
When I first arrived at the loving life chiropractic offices I believed myself to be in perfect health and that the neck pain, sleep loss poor mobility I had looking over my right shoulder were normal. Through both physical treatment and education about my own body and it's inate healing abilities doctor Craig has done wonders for me. I think doctor Craig put it best when he said "after this you'll feel like an owl" at one of my adjustments, all I can say is that I do. It doesn't stop there either, my neck pain has subsided and I don't have as many problems getting my 8 hours every night.
Dr. Craig and his team at loving life chiropractic have opened my eyes to a world of healthier living and they can do the same for anyone who's alive with a spine, if you're reading this that means YOU!"

  • "It's a wonderful practice to go to. I have to say that along with the excellent treatment you recieve, what stands out the most about Loving Life is how human it is. Their main focus is your health but it's not like a factory where you're just another money bag to them. They offer classes on spinal health and always have these incredibly interesting things to show you so you get a better understanding on your soine and nerves. It's a great place where you're welcome to come and heal. I've had mass improvement with my health since being here and I would recommend this place to anyone. I live out on the Pontiac and I make the 40 minute drive here because it's worth it. My 9 month old son is treated here and where I thought it could be worrisome for a baby to receive chiropractic treatments, there would not be any other doctors that I would trust more than Dr. Craig and Dr.Marie-Claude."

  • "I've been extremely pleased with the results of my treatment. I've suffered for years with back issues, which were at time paralyzing. I am now able to enjoy the things that I missed doing because the pain is gone. Thank you Dr. Marie-Claude & Dr. Craig, you have changed my life!"
